The Research Of Risk Management System About Chinese Network Banking

The development of the network and the progress of the technology have brought an innovation space for the Network banking business in China. By the booming of the new finance, network banking of China has gained new development opportunities, and more and more bank committed to the Network banking business.Though lagging behind the advanced regions, the development of our nation network banking can gain a much greater opportunities on the other side. As is known to all, opportunities are also associated with risks at the same time. The virtual nature of the network banking is an important source of risk. For the network banking, it is not only necessary to deal with risks traditional banks need to face, but also to face the risks brought about by the network. Theoretically and practically, the risk management of network banking has become an important part of network banking supervision.All along, the world of network banking supervision did not stop with the development of network banking. However, the research on risk management of network banking in our nation is only focused on single risk, including legal aspects, technical security and others; few are dedicated to systematic research on the risk assessment of network banking. At the same time, for lacking of the data about network banking risk, the quantitative research is not too much. Some are established based on AHP in order to research the system for the evaluation of the network banking risk. Comparison with AHP method which is in a wide range use for quantitative risk assessment, but in reality, there is correlation between different indicators. Therefore, it is necessary to think about the correlations in the establishment of the network banking. So ANP method is a good choice. By comparing result of the different methods on the risk evaluation index weights, we can give some advices for the network banking risk management.In this paper, by learning the risk management situation of our network banking and the scientific management methods of the outside, we can identify the risk of the network banking to establish risk assessment system through the AHP and ANP method, and then give suggestion for the risk management.
