Organization Structure

Enterprise organization structure is the relationship which is established within the organization of various components of enterprise, whose aim is to effectively realize the goal of enterprise. There is no good or bad for Enterprise organization structure, only suitable for business development needs of organizational structure is the best. Organization structure is changing as The Times goes, and its design is more and more personalized. This thesis is a practical application one, which is to solve the existing problems of the company A organization structure as a starting point, which is based on theoretical analysis of the influence factors of organizational structure. It will analyzes the actual situation of the company A and theoretical analysis together, and we can verify for some theoretical content on one hand; on the other hand, we can find some existing problems the company A from it. Then the future organization structure of construction of the company A will be proposed which can reflect company A organizational structure requirements more functional, more suitable for the company's future development.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the background, aim, study and research of the structure, the scope. The second chapter enterprises organization structure construction of influence factors and organizational structure development trend. In order to more clearly realize organizational structure, this chapter also describes the detailed structure elements. The third chapter is for the development situation of the background of company A, from the company personnel quantity, turnover aspects, company A development condition, and its organizational structure evolution. More important,it takes the company A as an example for a case analysis,which integrates theory with practice, analyzes related theory in company A's application. Chapter four is used to be discussed the theory which will be proposed deep insights, through the front combining theory with practice. The fifth chapter belongs to the prospects for the thesis which will put forward some rational suggestions for company A's future development.
