Economic development, competition intensifies and excavation environmental changes bring new pressures to the traditional extractors in both strategy and business direction To survive and develop, enterprises must innovate based on market demand for innovation, and the matching organization should be changed too. Because of the different enterprises details, there are no exact same organizations. In the process of organization establishment, it is essential to analyze the dynamic factors of organizational innovation. It is an important link to achieve the detailed analysis and evaluation to the dynamic factors of the structure change for excavating organization.According to the research we can discuss the organization structure fitting the development strategies and achievement of the objectives. Based on the existing management research, this paper goes into excavation which depends on the resources to discuss the dynamic factors of organizational structure and work out a plan.First, this article discusses organization theory, dimensions, the process of development and research conducted on the status quo and elaborates modern organizational structure of the main mode:U, M and H.It also compares their structural features, merits and faults and the environment, and summarizes the general trend under the market promotion.This paper analyses four types of power factor of the general business organization structure innovation, including the environmental factors, the strategic factor, the scale factor, industry and technical factor. The features and forms of organizational structures matching these factors are also proposed. We discuss the characteristics which the extractors are different from other general business.Combing with the reform of the general power and the present status of excavation; we sum up the nine key factors to the structural innovation of extractors from the aspects of market conditions, industry and enterprise development trend of development and the development of information. They are resource depletion, mining efficiency factor, environmental pollution and environmental factors, the pressure of the organization of strategy and organization of the scale of factors, technology, culture and information. Then we expound these various elements and analyze the match between these factors and direction of changes.When analyzing the importance of these factors, firstly the fuzzy decision method is used to build fuzzy decision matrix. The pair wise comparisons between the factors of evaluation scale are established. Then we make the questionnaire survey considering the changes of the organizational structure as a goal. Together with the fuzzy evaluation score, we get the importance of dynamic elements of sort and the dynamic factor structure results of the evaluation design.In the second half of the article, taking the case of ChaoYang Wanda mining company, the research will be applied to the organizational structure of the planning process. The first is to analyze the basic overview of the company, living environment and to analyze the current organizational structure.Then the paper proposes some issues existing in the former organizational structure. The second is to make the structure factors weighted questionnaire, select the company a total of 26 people in upper management to carry out investigations, and analyze of the nine power factor for evaluation using already established a good evaluation measure According to the score from respondents, we set up priority matrix of fuzzy evaluation. On that basis, we can get the company's structural changes dynamic factor analysis. Combing with the match of dynamic factor analysis and characteristic element of organizational structure, we make statistical analysis on the underlying trend of structure change.Based on typical modern organization structure model, the paper considers the basic principles of organization and the company's specific situation and takes into account the operation of the company's specific characteristics and the future direction. It proposes new organizational structure changes in the program and gives the reasons for the changes in detail. At last, the paper evaluates the programs. The scheme changes the organizational structure and responsibilities, follows the company's expansion and development of the principles of strategic development, reflecting the flattening of organizational structure and the characteristics of decentralization. Taking into account the special industry mining enterprise class features of the need for a targeted sector, it also focuses on technology professional development and staff motivation mobilization and is in line with the company's overall development plan.
