A Research On Evaluation Of Land Remediation Sustainability Of The Three-Gorges Reservoir Area

Concept of sustainable development, land remediation activitiy is blended the region's social, economic and ecological conditions, which is a development dodel based on environmental and resource costs in the case of the minimum to achieve maximum economic benefits, and which is an important means for effective solution to the conflicts between human and land resources, and to cheive sustainable use of land resources. In China, the modern sense of land remediation have experiened of a decade only that from the central file into the real life, but in this short time course, which havechievements that attarcted worldwide attention, both theoretical research or cademic building, and as a cause of rural development which is investment volume,covers a wide range far-reaching.Sustainable evaluation is an important component of land remediaton, promote the sound development of land remediation. Researching the sustainablity of land remediation is great significance for enriching theory of land remediation, and it'll guide to the tical activities of land arrangement.As ecologically fragile areas and the core area of land ecological barrier, the Three-Gorges Reservoir Area is very inportant strategic place.In this paper, the special geographical environment of the Three-Gorges Reservoir Area as background, Based on the theory of sustainable development theory, combined with systems theory, cost-benefit theory, the ecological economic theory and theory of landscape ecology, describe the status of the Three-Gorges Reservoir Area of land remediation and challenges by using field research and data using statistical methods. On this basis, established a reasonable system of sustainability indicators of land remediation conformation with the Three-Gorges Reservoir Area, it's including resources systems, economic efficiency, social welfare and ecological security sub-goals, then screening, determining the index by using of "Two-Step".This paper taking the Dade township of Kaixian county to a case study, detailing of the evaluation process. Reference to "The Regulations Of Farmland" and "The Indicators Of Sustainable Land Use System" to determine scoring criteria of indicators, and then through the Delphi method to the index score, AHP (AHP) to determine the weights, and evalued the Dade township of Kaixian county, and analysised the results in the finally. The actual calculating proved that the evaluation methods and model accord with the local condition, which means the appraisement methods and model are helpful and operable.
