The Research On The City Image Of Beibei In Chongqing Liangjiang New District

With the closer communication of global political, economic and cultural, the importance of city image becomes more prominent, and good images of the city become an important investment environment. It has an invisible resources charm, which has attracted a large number of external funding. Liangjiang New District in Chongqing is confronted with great development opportunities, and vigorously promoting the city image, enhancing the city's comprehensive competitiveness has a great significance undoubtedly.This thesis analyses the theory development and construction status of city image in-depth and meticulously to explain the significance of a good city image construction. On the basis of the specification, Beibei city image as the object of research, firstly, the thesis introduces the formation and development of Beibei city comprehensively. Through in-depth conversations with respondents, we could get to understand the evaluation image of the city of Beibei from the public. This part of respondents is university teachers and experts in Beibei, and this part research uses qualitative analysis method to analyze the image of Beibei city. Followed, using the questionnaire investigates the public impression and evaluation of Beibei city image from the urban construction, transportation, entertainment, environment, social, economy, education seven dimensions, and analyses the evaluation of each demographic variables on all dimensions of the image of Beibei city, summarizes the positive and negative aspects of Beibei city image by the public.Combining with the objectives and development of Beibei plate in Liangjiang new district reposition the city image of Beibei, and give concrete proposals to the construct Beibei city image in the great development of Liangjiang new district. First, strengthen the combination of research, education and production, built scientific research strong district. Second, promote arts and cultural prosperity, build cultural livable city. Third, develop characteristics leisure and tourism, create urban ecological garden. Fourth, strengthen infrastructure construction, optimize the layout of urban space. Fifth, develop the people's livelihood, built a peace and harmony city. Sixth, improve the transportation system, speed up the pace of urbanization.
