Strategy Research On Joint-stock Banks Optimizing Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Credit Products

This thesis, analyzes the 13 joint-stock banks SME credit products in China and puts forward the existing problems, to explore the joint-stock banks of SME credit products development strategy. This thesis mainly involves main contents which are shown below:First chapter mainly analyzes the background of the topic selection and meaning, the research reviews at home and abroad, the research contents and the methods used in the process of composing the article.Second chapter overviews the small and medium-sized enterprise credit products of joint-stock banks from the point of theory. The author defines main concepts relevant to the topic researched, including joint-stock banks, small and medium-sized enterprise and SME credit products.Third chapter firstly analyzes the necessity of developing small and medium-sized enterprise joint-stock banks credit products, and then figures out the present situations and the existing problems based on the analysis of the 13 joint-stock banks SME credit products in China. The existing problems include products not into system, the examination and approval process trivial, lack of scientific and reasonable pricing mechanism, lack of evaluation incentive mechanism and the single guarantee pattern.Fourth chapter puts forward solutions to the problems of SME credit products according to last chapter, in order to promote the joint-stock banks small and medium-sized enterprise credit products'sustainable development.The last chapter comes to a conclusion through the research above, points out the shortcomings of the article exist and problems need to be solved in the future.
