Researching internal control structure of credit risk plays a key role and has a profound historical significance to improve the ability of credit risk management, and then to enhance competitiveness, efficiency and healthy development of the banking industry.Based on Economic Information Theory, according to a heavy program of field work of Medium-sized Joint-stock Commercial Banks and choosing one for case study, the thesis adopts normative analysis with case studies, induction combined with deduction and comparative Study, analyzes the common problems of its credit risk systematically, and then constructs general framework of internal control of Medium-sized Joint-stock Commercial Banks in our country that manages credit risk. The thesis concludes, the control practice with credit risk of Medium-sized Joint-stock Commercial Banks in our country should be rooted in improvement of internal control environment, and we have to reengineer the credit operation work flow first based on customer management, and then perfect systems of credit authorization, approving loans and determination of risk responsibility. Besides, set up a platform centered on head bank, concentrating in credit and its work flow data.
