Evaluation And Promotion Strategies Of SME Team Cohesion

The healthy development of enterprises needs continued and appropriate team cohesion. Enterprises team cohesion must be evaluated, the level of it must be concerned and it should be maintained and promoted. When enterprises team cohesion effects on the individual, team and organization, it effects by various factors. Team cohesion of small and medium enterprises (SME) is constantly changing and unstable. Therefore, it should be multi-dimensional analysis on team cohesion so as to provide a kind of tool to evaluate small and medium enterprises comprehensively.The main content of this thesis is evaluation method of small and medium enterprises, establish the model of SME team cohesion evaluation. First, analysis and study the evaluation indicators of SME team cohesion, establish the secondary indicators system of SME team cohesion through five aspects of leadership, cultural power, execution, management power, cooperative power. Second, calculate weight of each indicator by AHP, design "SME team cohesion evaluation form" which reflects the level of team cohesion to calculate the index of team cohesion. Finally, analysis strategies of enhancing team cohesion in each stage.Team cohesion is a kind of invisible spiritual force, it is an invisible belt which links the team members closely. It brings people a sense of belonging, pride, responsibility and mission to work. The level of team cohesion has an important impact on enterprise management, performance, long-term development, and the growth and development of members. It is good for improving enterprise management and for the leaders to make decision to measure the level of team cohesion Therefore, study the evaluation method of team cohesion,understand the level of it and improve it brings important theoretical and practical significance.
