| With the booming development of science and technology, people consumption level rises ceaselessly, and more and more importance has been attached to product customization, fashion and diversification. It not only advances the renewal speed of products, but also brings pressure on producers. On one hand, the life cycle of the products is becoming shorter and shorter; the speed of product elimination is increasing. On the other hand, with the updating of the demand unceasingly and changefully, the resources consumption and waste is increasing too. In addition, the losses from return, excessive production, disqualification and damage are growing at an alarming rate every year in China. So, regarding the pressure on resources and the environment of China, carrying out the reverse logistics enjoys an promising prospect.Reverse logistics research includes reverse logistics network construction, inventory management, waste product planning and distribution, reverse logistics information system etc. Among them, the establishment of reverse logistics network is the basis of reverse logistics implementation. Because of the uncertainty environmental of reverse logistics making the design of the network construction complexity, the optimization design of the reverse logistic network becomes a very significant matter. Therefore, the determing of the facilities location and the logistics quantity of each facility becomes a core problem for this paper.Based on the basis model of the reverse logistics network, considering the uncertainty recovery, a robust optimization model of the reverse logistics network is established, referencing the method of robust optimization under the uncertain environment of the reverse logistics. Through the sensitivity analysis of the uncertainty of the recovery rate of reverse logistics of remanufacture, it shows that it is only affects the costs for network construction, and will not affect the facility location decision of the reverse logistics; it also shows good collaboration with forward logistics. |
