Research On The Financing Methods Of Chinese Large Construction Enterprises

Shortage of funds is always one question of preventing Chinese large construction enterprises from further development. Especially in these years, the large construction enterprises are developing towards EPC and BT/BOT/PPP modes, and making the strategy of horizontal integration, vertical integration and even being one urban operator which will requires more about enterprise's financing ability. Therefore, studying how to increase the financing ability for our country's large construction enterprises is very important.Chinese large construction enterprises are studied as an object in this paper. Firstly, with the help of questionnaire to ten Beijing large construction enterprises, the current financing status and problems existing in financing for Chinese large construction enterprises are pointed out, and then the causes of problems are further researched. Secondly, the financing mode of foreign and domestic typical large construction enterprises is analyzed in the thesis which has pointed out the inspiration to Chinese large construction enterprises. Finally, the suggestion of perfecting Chinese large construction enterprise's financing mode is put forward in the thesis, which includes strengthening the strategic cooperation between banks and enterprises to consolidate the bank's credit loans, trying some new financing methods to expand financing channels, enhancing the inner part management to improve the whole level, increasing policy support to improve the government service and so on.
