Study On Implementation And Performance Evaluation Of GSC In Electronic Industry

The rapid development of the electronic industry has brought great economic benefits while also the e-waste, electronic products, and the presence of heavy metal pollution which make the environment of human beings suffered huge damage. Consequently, governments have introduced policies and regulations to prevent deterioration of pollution even further, of which the EU environmental directives "WEEE Directive" and "RoHS Directive" are the most typical. This is undoubtedly has put forward higher requirements for the development of the electronic industry. For China's e-business enterprises, the issues that how to speed up the step of green supply chain strategy implementation, and enhance their own products "green" competitiveness, elimination of international trade "green barriers" have become the top priorities.Based on the theory of green supply chain, and combining features of the electronic industry, this paper focused on the green supply chain implement and performance evaluation of electronic industry. Firstly, this paper has an overview of the development status of green supply chain of electronic industry and reasons for the formation; Secondly, study on the green supply chain implement of electronic industry and set the electronic industry green supply chain's organization model, operation reference model and the implementation process, etc. according to the existing theory of green supply chain; Thirdly, further study on the ILP model in the implementation process of green supply chain, and explore the optimization problems of system effectiveness in the context of implementation of green supply chain; Finally, set up a framework of performance evaluation system of electronic industry green supply chain including a specific index and add the pretreatment process of performance evaluation data, then integrated use Analytic Hierarchy Process, Data Enveloping Analysis, Triangular Fuzzy Function and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate and analyze of the case study in green supply chain performance evaluation of electronic enterprises, and make clear aspects that need to improve in the future, in order to upgrade the level of green supply chain performance and enhance the competitiveness of electronic products.
