Research On Integrated Financial Analysis System Of IT Enterprise

With the development of science and technology, information technology industry has become one of the pillar industries of our national economy, the expanding of information technology also makes the IT industry become increasingly prominent in China's economic development. The increasing number of information technology companies led to increased competition within the industry in recent years, with the continuous development of"New Third market", the number of traded software companies are more and more, therefore, how to analysis IT enterprise's financial position and operating results scientifically and reasonably and determine their position in the market today is very important to the development for an enterprise.There are many studies about comprehensive enterprise financial analysis research at present, but the IT industry is as one of the emerging high - tech industry, about its financial analysis only accounts for a small proportion. This article focuses on the study of comprehensive financial analysis system of information technology industry, through a lot of reading the information technology industry and the relevant literature of financial analysis, combined with the previous study of corporate financial analysis system and the characteristics of the information technology industry , using methods of the theoretical and empirical combination, through questionnaires, comparative analysis and other methods, using index selection method of fuzzy preference relations group decision to determine the evaluation index system ,and using AHP to determine weights. Finally I established the comprehensive financial analysis model suitable for information technology enterprise.In this thesis, first I introduced the current research status of integrated financial analysis and financial analysis system, and then established the initial indicators system of comprehensive financial analysis of IT enterprise, accounting to the financial characteristics of IT industry, and based on the indicators design principles and existing financial analysis. On this basis, with the rate adopted by the experts, I established the final analysis index system of comprehensive financial analysis for IT business , using indicators screening methods based on the fuzzy preference relations group; Secondly, I got the weight of all index in the financial analysis of IT enterprise by AHP, and then built the analysis model; Finally, because the"New Third market"is popular in recent years, analyzing the enterprise's comprehensive financial status and determining its position in the industry has an assignable meaning for its own development and investors. This article does an empirical analysis of Sinosoft Co.,Ltd., with its lateral and longitudinal comparison. After calculating its value of all the company's consolidated financial score and the sample data normalization processed, I make suggestions for the company's management based on the results of the comparison.Meanwhile, the analysis results also have some reference value to the majority of the investors.
