| Today, the global economy has been highly integrated. The competition among companies has turned from the product competition to the competition of supply chain management level. The company's supply chain partners may lie throughout every corner of the world, which will be stricter with information transmitting between the enterprises and supply chain partners. Meanwhile the market requests better flexibility of the supply chain. The varied and individualized product demand leads to the upgrading of products more and more quickly, especially in the buyer dominating market, the customers become more prominent. The cheap goods is no longer attract customers'eyeball key. Instead how to timely, rapidly satisfy customer's various demand is the fundamentality of competitiveness. Driven by the enterprise practice in recent years, the supply chain management research has gradually become a hot topic.A lot of literature and the facts indicate that a reasonable information sharing and effective supply chain practice can enhance the company's supply chain management level, which is seen from the improvement of the company's delivery performance. In the current study, has proof literature on information sharing to deliver performance have a positive impact, information sharing on supply chain management practice has effect influence, and supply chain management practices of the delivery performance have positive influence. Based on previous research, this paper puts forward with the theoretical model and hypotheses of the relation among the information sharing, supply chain practice and delivery performance. In this study, three categories of supply chain practice are considered: supply chain planning, just-in time (JIT) production, and delivery practice. The purpose is to survey information sharing and supply chain practice how to influence the delivery performance, as well as whether information sharing influences the deliver performance through the supply chain practice. This paper collected the data of 123 enterprises, and did the data collection and analysis. Empirical study shows scale reliability and validity are preferable, fitting the requirements of further study, and then the relationship between variables are analyzed, and finally carried out the hypotheses test. The study proposed in total nine assumptions, and verified the results one by one, which all show assumptions were established. Research results show that: (1) effective information sharing to deliver performance shows a significantly positive influence; (2) effective information sharing greatly improves the efficiency of the supply chain; (3) information sharing can produce positive influence on deliver performance through the chain practice, and supply chain practice plays mediating role during the process of information sharing influencing delivery performance.This conclusion hints that we, when the enterprise tries to improve delivery performance, it could not make a choice between information sharing and supply chain because of resource constraints, but make a proper matching in order to improve the company's supply chain management level, thus create more competitive advantage for the company ,and make enterprise rapid development.This article attempts comprehensively put forward some opinions on supply chain management. Because of personal ability and the time limitation, there must be some limitations of the paper. Welcome criticisms from all teachers and scholars. Although this study also has certain disadvantages, on the whole, this research results has certain application value in theory and practice, which can be useful reference for the following practice and the consequent research of enterprises. |
