The Research On Interaction Between Sci-tech Input And Economy Growth Of Jilin Province

Based on reviewing the theory of economic growth Since the classical economics, this paper systematically describes classical growth theory, endogenous growth theory and new growth theory. And the contribution and relative theory of some representative persons such as Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Royer Harrod, Solow and Paul Romer in theory of economic growth is described. This paper expounds technology activities, expenditure on scientific and technological activities according to economic reality and statistical operation of our country. Analyse and study the influence of expenditure on scientific and technological activities on economic growth, put forward that expenditure affect economic growth through promote scientific and technological progress.This paper chooses intensity of expenditure on scientific and technological activities and GDP growth as the variable to measure expenditure on scientific and technological activities and economic growth. Using dynamic modeling method by the dynamic economic theory, this paper analysis the long-term stability of time series about expenditure on scientific and technological activities and economic growth, also tests the variables' relationship by the Granger test of causality.This paper selects representative nine provinces and municipalities' stata to build up panel data to study the difference of each province and municipality. Base on the comparative analysis, combining reality the paper comes to a conclusion of the impact and problem of expenditure on scientific and technological activities in JiLin province.About the structure, this paper is divided into five parts. The main chapters are as follows:Chapter 1:introduction part of this chapter. Mainly explains the background, significance, domestic and international research present condition of the study, also introduces the main contents of this article, research method and innovation points.Chapter 2:introduce the theory about the influence of scientific investment on economy grouth and the evaluation method. Major element:technology activities, expenditure on scientific and technological activities, economic growth and it's measurable indicator, theory of economic growth and influence mechanism.Chapter 3:Using dynamic modeling method by the dynamic economic theory, analysis the long-term stability of time series about expenditure on scientific and technological activities and economic growth, makes stationary test also tests the variables' relationship by the Granger test of causality.Chapter 4:Select representative nine provinces and municipalities' stata to build up panel data to study the difference of each province and municipality. Base on the comparative analysis, combining reality probes into the reasons for the similarities and differences.Chapter 5:according to the analysis of chapter 3 and chapter 4, combining reality of JiLin province comes to a conclusion of the impact and problem of expenditure on scientific and technological activities and make recommendations.From all the above, this paper mainly does a deep research on the theory and application of the contribution of science input to economy growth of Jilin province. By means of vertical and horizontal data analysis, combining reality of JiLin province, it makes recommendations to the expenditure on scientific and technological activities, wishing to increase the contribution rate of science input.
