A Study For Company Strategy Oriented Training System

The competition among the companies now mainly becomes the competition of talent, so attracting, cultivation, development and retention of talents are the main issues concerned by the company. The main subject is to study the training system of foreign enterprise, focusing on how to increase the effectiveness of training system from the aspect of organization strategy, to improve the competition ability of talents.This topic is verified through three aspects by the method of combining theory and practice, property and quantity. Firstly, it listed the referred theories and models in the areas of strategy focus, which includes Port's competition model and Miles & Snow's four strategy actions, training focus, which includes the training demand analysis definition, studying theory for matured participants, Kobe's studying, and Kirkpatrick's training evaluation model, as well as personal quality focus such as competency model; secondly, study the linking between the strategy and training system in the company through three aspects of relationship between company strategy and human resource strategy, relationship between strategy and training focus, as well as the characteristics of training basing on company strategy, to explain the contribution for the sustainable growth of enterprise from strategy oriented training program; finally taking C company as an example, giving analysis for the training system and finding the solution.Through reading the books and articles concerning the training system and organization strategies both home and abroad, basing on C company's practice, trying to find propositions for perfecting the training system and effectively combining with organization strategy.
