For internal marketing mamagement, it means a management system which, under the guidience of marketing economy principle, with the effectiveness of law of value and competition mechanism, the relationship between individuals and the basic units, and the relationship between the basic units and the corporation headquarters would become both subordinative and economic transaction relationship rather than simple relationship of adminstrative subordination. Eventually all the relationships would be combined under the internal marketing management system. In modern times, with the rapid development of our society , the drastic growth of our economy and the rapid advancing of science and technology, the varying internal and external environment asks enterprises'administration more effective management of its enterprises. However the current situation of coal enterprises is not encouraging. In this way, the implementing interior marketing management on coal enterprises is requested. In order to ensure the long-term and sound development of coal group enterprises, the administrators must break down the anemic administrative mechanism, bring in the internal marketing management system, and put it into effect. Meanwhile, with the guidience of interior marketing management, the manager shoule adjust and reform the bloated organization, carry out the optimization and reorganization and achieve the optimum allocation of every elements of the coal enterprises. Only in this way can coal companies enhance economic benefits, maintain energy and strengthen market competitiveness. Based on this, my paper contains the following contents; firstly I make anexploratory research on coal enterprises implementing interior marketing management, analysize the theoretical principle, Construction and Operation and current problems; and put forward some relevent solutions and suggestions. After that I take an enterprise as an example to illustrate the research and analysis about internal marketing management. At the end, it's the explaination of this paper's weakness and some problems that need to be resolved further.
