With the rapid development of the environment of apparel and textile industry, the original company structure should be boosted. The structure is the instrinct power for future growth. Though large amounts of enterprises have made accomplishment through the active organizational reform, with the increasing scale, there are still many problems such as slow operating activities, stagnancy to new technology, new situation and new demands. Nowadays, the apparel consume needs come to diversification and individuation. Companies should improve the coordinate and response ability to meet the shorter and shorter products life cycle. The increasing enterprise scale, staff quantities, sorts of products challenge the administrative ability. The creativity and subjective initiative are critical to company vitality. The structure research meets the demand of the environment and the sustainable development of the company.The enterprises structure theory involves organizational behaviour, organizational reform and organizational innovation, scarcely refers to the apparel and textile industry. One structure doesn't suits all companies and advanced one cannot successfully apply to each. So the evaluation whether the structure is suitable to reality and future needs is important and is the key factor to the judgement of company structure.In the foundation of literature and theory research, this essay has the comparation of enterprise status home and abroad and analyze the current situation and features of 145 listed company in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong kong, also applies the structure entropy to this research for quantitative analysis. According to the questionnaire and visit to the specialized person, acquire the weight to evaluation of organizational structure index system by Delphi technique and AHP to build evaluation model of apparel and textile enterprises and do the evaluation to the specific company by fuzzy synthesis evaluation method. Utimately, this model is used to the case study of M company, including the illustration of structure function, each scale index and total index evaluation level. Estimate the enterprise status and development from structural potency, effiency, coordination and safety and put forward the optimizing conceptions and improving method.
