Performance management system in the role of enterprises of different sizes is not the same. SMEs usually human resources management is much simpler than large enterprises; between employees and departments and smooth communication between the relatively simple; but want a healthy sustainable development of SMEs have to consider human resource management in which importance. The overall performance management of enterprise human resource management and has a very important, it plays optimize the quality of human resources management role. Performance management system design is to establish modern human resources management system and the core premise. How to scientifically and rationally design and effective implementation of the status quo for enterprise performance management system is a very important practical issue.In this paper, GR Company for the study, sought in the early stage of systematic research, design, related to establishment of the system, and the specific implementation of the planning process, guiding the company strategy and the GR optimized to match the performance management system approaches, and proposes a set of key performance indicators practicable posed by the performance management system model.Firstly, this article introduced the elementary theory of performance management, including the performance management concept and the performance management to enterprise development's importance, as well as the performance management plan, the performance management implementation, the performance management inspection, the achievements face to face talk and the performance management improves which are five progresses in performance management, simultaneously, we study on the elementary theory of performance management, including management by objective, key performance indicator (KPI), balanced score card (BSC). Next,the article introduced that the GR corporation's historical development and the present situation, as well as the human resources condition, and pointed out company question which exists in the performance management aspect. Then, according to the actual situation of the company, we established GR corporation's performance management system, mainly includes performance goals system design, performance appraisal system design, performance management process design, performance management organizational systems and basic process design. finally, we discussed the performance management system on the initial implementation, feedback and complaints, as well as the use of examination results.Through to research of the GR corporation's performance management, we has constructed a set of complete performance management system, which will instruct company's performance management and guarantee company strategic.target realization well.
