The Research On The Risk Management Of The Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Zhejiang

Along with economic globalization, the risks of enterprise are also increasingly varied and complex, in a sense, the survival and development of enterprise depends on the effective investment management and control on risk. The successful development of SMEs in Zhejiang has created the "miracle". However, because of macroeconomic readjustment and economic pressure, investment risks of SMEs in Zhejiang are mounting. Therefore,how to help them carrying out investment risk management is valuable work.Based on risk theories, the paper analyses SMEs in Zhejiang to find their characters, risk management actuality and difficulty. This thesis also discusses the theoretical and actual use of SMEs in Zhejiang risk management framework to give out the model of the investment risk management.
