The Reviewing And Thinking Of Chinese Contemporary Rural Land Property Rights System From The View Of History

The improvement of China's socialist market economy system need to build a property rights system with Chinese characteristics. The "China's Property Law" legislated in 2007 pointed out that the development direction of China's property rights system is the socialist property rights system with Chinese characteristics. In China's primary stage of socialist modernization, the issue about agriculture, rural areas and farmers is always related to the building of well-off society and the achievment of socialist modernization,in which the core issue revolve on the rural land. The socialist rural land property system is the most important part of the socialist property system with Chinese characteristics. The research topic of this paper is the China's rural land property rights system.In this paper, I want to provide reference to improve the socialist economic system and develop the socialist new rural areas, by reviewing the difficult exploration of Chinese farmers leaded by CCP before the Reform and Opening-up and the forming of socialist rural land property system with Chinese characteristics after the Reform and Opening-up, and by summing up the historical experience of the Chinese farmers' exploration leaded by CCP.
