Studies On Reforming And Perfecting Of Rural Land Property Rights System In Country Of China

Scientific and reasonable rural land property rights system not only has direct relationship with configuring rural land resources reasonably, but also has effect on other agriculture productive factors' configuration. However, the existing rural land property rights system in China presently has some defects which influence the development of rural and agricultural economy. Therefore, we must quest and construct a reasonable rural land rights system actively because it has important significance to use and protect limited land resources and to promote the continual development of agriculture and rural economy.This dissertation consists of the following five sections :The first section is the forward. This section consists of three parts. The first part explicates the significance of studying rural land property rights system. Second, the thesis introduces and reviews some viewpoints on the reform of rural land property rights system in China. Last, the author introduces the main thoughts and research methods.The second section is common theory analyze about rural land property rights system. First, the author expounds connotation, characteristics , function and marketing of property rights, and expounds connotation of property rights system also. The second part defines the land property rights and connotation of rural land property rights system scientifically. The last part explicates characteristics and request of rural land property rights system.The third section analyzes the states of the representative country's land property rights system. At first, the author analyzes the states of the land property rights system in Japan, Denmark and our Taiwan district respectively, and then propounds a few instructive revelations which include four points. First revelation is to give stable, definite and full rural land property rights to peasant; Second, the reforming and perfecting of rural land property system must have land law system which adapts to market economy condition to support; The third revelation is to persist marketing course of rural land property rights flow; The fourth is to strengthen the prospective research onrural land property rights; The fifth is to run coordinative reforms and create good running environment for rural land property rights system.The fourth section introduces the condition of the rural land property rights system in country of China. It includes three parts: history ^ defects and negative influence. The main defects of existing rural land property system have a few representations. For example, the main body of collective land is not clear, the land using right is not perfect, the rural land treatment right configures inadequately, the peasant is land proceeds right is often aggrieved and so on.The fifth section is about reforming and perfecting of the rural land property rights system in the country of China. It includes three parts: general objective of reforming and perfecting, innovative design about the rural land property system in China, the matching measures.
