| The author briefly reviewed the past research about the city and countryside development harmoniously, the experience and frustration form oversea countries. The result showed that to enhance the socialism new rural construction is the only way to promote the city and countryside development harmoniously.The author investigated the situation of city and countryside integration development and the effects for solving the problem of agriculture, farmer and rural development in Huzhou City. The key experience can be concluded as four aspects. The first is to enhance the county level economic development as the integration development platform. The second is to reform the management system for getting the development power. The third is to enlarge the rural construction input and get enough finance support for city and countryside integration development. The forth is to find the key problem in city and countryside integration development and solve it step by step, even year by year.The author also discussed the present problems of integration development in Huzhou City and submitted the countermeasures. |
