With the rapid development of China's auto market, more and more new autos comes to the domestic market. The automotive industry requires a higher level of management. Currently in the domestic automotive industry, project management is no longer a special management, it has become the standard way of commercial activities.In automobile industry especially for parts supplier such as KOSTAL, production line Construction is a subsystem of new product development project. It began in the proposed product concept stage, after the end of the customer acceptance of mass production it will be finished. As an important part, its success or failure often influences the whole project. Improving the success rate of production line Construction, well controlled quality, cost and time, has important practical significance.Through the study of project management theory (time management, risk management, supplier management knowledge), combined with the practical work of a large number of such cases, summing up experiences and lessons learned, the use of PDM (Precedence Diagramming Method) and equipment FMEA analysis, QSTP score, on KOSTAL company's production line establish projects researching. To solve the most vulnerable issues in the project, such as time management risk management and supplier management, the author provide some suggestions and solutions.
