Strategies For Strengthening The Management Of Fixed Assets Of County-Run Power Supply Enterprises

Based on the strategy of "One Strength and Three Excellences"for development, State Grid introduced the overall concept of Intensive Management to improve the controllability and efficiency in 2009. Zhejiang Power Supply Enterprise has proposed a management frame, shortly named "Three Angles and Six Directions", to connect province,prefecture, and county-run power supply enterprises, and strengthen the management of county-run power supply enterprises for the purpose of marketing. Through the study of the strategies for the fixed assets of county-run power supply enterprises, the author aimes at improving the environment of asset management, enhancing the level of enterprise management, and increasing the efficiency of asset employment.As the end of the power supply network, county-run power supply enterprises directly face millions of individual clients. Thus, enhancing the management of fixed assets of county-run power supply enterprises is practically significant.In the present thesis, the author has investigated the domestic and international researches about the management of fixed assets. By thoroughly studying the current problems and difficulties in the management of the fixed assets of county-run power supply enterprises, the author has given the solutions accordingly, including making a unified standard definition of fixed assets, implementing the whole-life-cycle process of management of project assets, building a standard cost management system to achieve precise management of fixed assets. The author has also analyzed the JS county-run supply enterprise management of fixed assets.Through strengthening the strategies of the management of fixed assets of county-run power supply enterprises, together with normalized management of asset records and the consistency among accounts, identity cards and real items, we can ensure the status and effiency of asset employment, which will also improve the safety and profit. For examples, the standard cost model enables the comparison of enterprises of different levels in the industry of power supply; the development of systematic mangement enhances the risk control; the optimization and reform of workflow improves the efficiency of enterprise management; the intergration of accounting and product information allows for sharing data between two systems; the evaluation of productivity increases the effectiveness of enterprise management. In summary, this research study about the strategies of the management of fixes assets has been conducted to be specialized and systematical at the same time, and to provide a useful reference for colleagues.
