Research On Fixed Assets Life Cycle Management In Power Supply Enterprise With The Example Of XX Electric Power

As an important business related with the national economy and the people's livelihood, the power supply enterprise has the characteristic of capital intensive and its asset management level directly influences the safe operation and production of the company. Especially under the background of strategic development goals proposed by the State Grid Corporation “strong power grid, excellent assets, quality service, outstanding performance”, strengthening research management of fixed assets, advancing a fixed asset life cycle management has become an import work of power supply enterprise.Therefore, this papaer uses the methods of literature induction, comparative analysis and theoretical contact with the actual method, begins with the related theories and concepts on fixed assets life cycle, analysis of fixed assets life cycle management control model, which lays the theoretical foundation of the whole research framework. Then this paper introduces the development course of the fixed assets management of the power supply company, and points out the necessity of the full life cycle management of the power supply company. Next, this paper focuses on the current status of the whole life cycle management of power supply company, and introduces the whole life cycle management process and management network, and analyzes the problems and causes in the process of planning, design,material procurement, engineering investment, daily management and information support. Finally, in the summary of the whole life cycle management of fixed assets of foreign power companies and take XXX company as an example, this paper considers only the three aspects of the whole life cycle management of fixed assets in power supply companies, such as the full training, sound mechanism, scientific planning, rational procurement, strict control project and combing process.This paper is featured in the current China State Grid Corp to build a full life cycle management framework, and vigorously promote the full life cycle management of assets under the situation, fully interpreate full life cycle management philosophythrough case analysis and theoretical research, put forward the basic principles and specific measures for the full life cycle management of power system. It has a good reference value to he power system fixed asset and can be used as a reference for the industry.
