Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Software Corporate Knowledge Management

In modern business management, knowledge management has become a focus concerned by the business circles. Knowledge plays a key role in the process of enterprise value added. Some of the domestic software companies have already implemented knowledge management. Effective knowledge management is helpful to improve software companies'technological level,promote the development of software industry and prolong software industry chain. In a word, knowledge management is of great and positive significance to the development of software industry.Firstly, the paper introduced the connotation and target of software enterprise knowledge management, referenced relevant theories of knowledge management at home and abroad, proposed the software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation model, and then through the usage of the method of Fuzzy Delphi, it deleted the relative of the important indicators, set up software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation model; secondly, it determined the weight of the indicators by Fuzzy AHP; finally, by using the method of performance evaluation, it tested the Kingdee's knowledge management, so it certifies the feasibility and validity of this method, and it showed that the model can reflect knowledge management performance of software enterprise and is valuable.
