This thesis is based on relative literatures analysis about designing management, reviewed the development of clothing enterprises and designers from China opened and reformed to now. Analyzed deeply the relationship between brand clothing enterprises and designing management according to theories of designing management, and described systematically the function and effect of designers in the setup of designing strategy management, designing management and HR designing management, making the relation frame of brand clothing enterprises and designing management, and analyzed the mutual relationships among designers, designing management and enterprises proceeded with each section of HR designing management especially. The paper used depth interview and questionnaires to testify the frame, which is valuable for the construction of clear designing management system, so as to the HR designing management research as the instructional guide line.
