Research And Analysis On The Structural Relationship Of Scientific Instrumental Rationality And Value Rationality

In the 90's last century, the issue of relationship about instrumental rationality and value rationality has caused heated discussion in the academic field and community. It can be said that in some of the key issues they have reached a basic consensus. But there are some issues still in dispute, in which whether the scientific rationality is equivalent to the instrumental rationality is particularly fierce in the debate.In the western documents, the scientific rationality instrumental is the same as the value rationality. Initially, their critique of scientific rationality finds that science was a misuse of science and later guilty of the sin directly, considering that the nature of science on the factors contains evil factors. Today, in the promotion of "scientific development", in order to achieve scientific development in itself and strengthen the confidence and determination relying on scientic development, we must correctly understand the science. In the West, the reason why they look on the scientific rationality as the instrumental rationality is that they focus only on the external value of science, and deduce the intrinsic value of science from the external value of scienfic inference. We shall reverse the logic of reasoning from the inherent value of science and the external value of scientific reasoning.Science is an understanding of human activities based on practice, and its intrinsic and fundamental value is chasing truth. The scientific pursuit of truth of basic value is its logical starting point, demonstrating the necessity of the instrumental rationality to science and to achieve the basic necessity of revealing the necessity of leading equally to the full range of adverse consequences; scholars attach great importance to the value of a rational realization of the fundamental values of science important role, revealing the importance of scientific rationality, the same exaggerated the value of rational science will change the world itself and the use of science have a negative impact.
