Evaluation Research Of Enterprises Investment Based On The Low-carbon Economy

This paper aims to build up a comprehensive assessment system of investment project based on Low-carbon economy by analyze the Low-carbon economy's influence on investment projects.The research includes two aspects: 1st, by analyze the Low-carbon economy's influence on investment projects, to determine the index and evaluation system. 2nd, Based on the determination of the index and evaluation system, build models to authenticate the assessment system.This paper from the enterprise point of view, by analyze the Low-carbon economy's influence on investment projects, exploringly filter out financial assessment index and social assessment index that adapt the requirement of the Low-carbon economy, assesses investment projects from financial assessment and social assessment, by using model to evaluate compositive evaluation systems of Low-carbon economical enterprises' investment projects, and judge weather systems could accord with the requirements, and feasibilities.This paper provides theoretical evidences for choosing suitable investment project in Low-carbon economy, it has reality significance to improve deeper analysis of assessment issues of investment projects in Low-carbon economy. The methodology of the research is: according to the needs of the research targets and contents, this research builds an evaluating model by using both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and systems engineering theory; also, in segments of this paper, the research collects significant facts, descriptions of point views, and data for demonstrating through fieldworks in correlative companies.
