| In current world trade, with the accelerated globalization of the world economy and intensified liberalization trend of international trade, a new protection in foreign trade filed began to quietly breeds. In order to increase imports into the domestic market quality standard, the developed countries formulate the environment quality standard, which is higher than that in developing countries to implement the new trade protectionism. The green trade barrier has become a new international trade rule. The export trade of X corporation has been severely affected under the green trade barrier. Therefore, actively studies on the new trade rule for improving product quality of X corporation and enhancing the competitiveness of product quality have vital practical significance to smooth foreign trade of X corporation.As for the reach methods, normative analysis, empirical analyses and diagrams summary are used in this paper, analyzed the product quality competitive conditions of X corporation under green trade barrier; also analyzed the impact on the overall volume of trade issued to three green directives and existent thee problems on the product quality. Gives some proposed countermeasures to solve the problem; the purpose is proving some experience for improving product quality competitiveness of X corporation and domestic electronic enterprises.The paper consists of four parts, introduction is the first part mainly on the background and significance of the study, literature review and research thought and method, including the study abroad on international competitiveness. The domestic study on competitiveness of export products projects; the second part of the paper is the effect of product quality competitiveness on economic enterprises issued to green trade directives. First, the paper introduces the green trade directives content and substance of the products competitiveness; Second, the paper introduce the negative impact and positive impact of the green directives to electronic product quality competitiveness, on one hand, they increased the cost of products and the competitiveness was weakened; On the other hand, it also can be looked as the opportunity to change the way of development and enterprise will improve product quality and enhance the quality of product competitiveness to face the green directives. In the third part of paper focuses on introducing the basic status of X corporation, especially analyze the impact of green trade directives on product quality competitiveness of X corporation, and further analyze three main reasons which product quality can't adjust to trade barriers. Based on the above analysis, the forth part of paper gives five policy proposals to promote the product quality competitiveness and expend export trade of X corporation just as follows: Comply to the international trend and adopt international standards and international certification; Build the company green supply chain; Improve level of producing technology; Advanced study and learn from the experience and practices; Optimize quality control system of X corporation.
