Nowadays, keen competition, expecially competition on striving for customer recource is carried out all-around in banking industry in shantou area. S bank's opinion is that customer's requirement comes as premise and foundation of banking service, and customers of high net worth (hnw) provide main resource of profitability for commercial bank's personal business.this paper is to focus on providing new solution for commercial bank to improve services for hnw customers and by that means to challenge competitions from other commerial banks. the purpose of this research is practical and feasible.Basic on comprehensive marketing theoretics domestic and abroad, by analysis of present status of services for hnw customers,we find out problems exists in this field and give solution for them, including: building up our own brand by stateges, enhancing chennal construction of customer service, upgrading satisfaction of hnw customers by improving financing service, innovating of bank product assortment to satisfy individuation. using methods of "swot" and "five forces model",as well as questionnaire survey,this paper analyse challenges and requirements in filed of hnw customers's financing service in Shantou area and achieve to solutions for S bank.Shantou is a city possessing the unique cultural tradition. it is necessary to use sample investigation and make comparation among customers from different regions in order to present status of hnw customer service and its exact intention in this city. devoting to make all-around, precise analysis and appraise of hnw customer's financing requirement, so as the outcome of solution project for them, this paper makes further research on factors such as maketing envirement, ability and effeciendy of management that influencing services of hnw customers.
