Human resources management is the key factor to determine the existence and development of business,performance management is the key factor in the core. Luoyang Xinduhui property management company as the logistics department of the Luoyang power company, has a underappreciated view of performance management, its performance appraisal targets are unreasonable and performance feedback indicators loss and many other issues,a serious impact on raising the level of the company's overall performance.In enterprises and logistics service to the community, constantly promoted grim situation of the market,exchange of Luoyang Xinduhui property management company need strengthening internal management,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In a comprehensive study of this thesis,the performance management theory and methods of performance assessment based on the focus of Luoyang Xinduhui property management company to design performance evaluation index system. Reset through the post structure, and job analysis,combined with job responsibilities, job performance evaluation of technical status indicators to effectively decompose and quantify, the use of quantitative and qualitative assessment method of combining assessment, management of the post primary series, technical series,and the executive series staff performance evaluation index system for scientific design, the staff in the performance of a reasonable, accurate, fair evaluation, which is the core of this thesis.The same time, establish and improve related performance management system to ensure the effective performance appraisal work carried out and the full use of examination results.The program of state-owned enterprise performance management, logistics services sector, the work has some value and significance.
