In the 21st century, innovation become more and more important to enterprise's survival and development. Whether the enterprise can be sustained depends on whether the organization has enough creative expression and continuously innovation to sustain demands of customer with products and services. As the global economic integration is deeping day after day,the competition among Chinese companies become more and more fiercely,so we must change the old production way of "OEM" to another way which we drive product innovation by take the technical innovation,how to encourage and increase the innovative behavior, and enhance independent innovation capability to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises become a top priority.Business success always comply with good "leadership", knowledge workers as the most important business resources, and sponsors of all creative, but because of its characteristics have more autonomy requires so they will not accept a passive re-arrangement, traditional leadership can not force employees to be innovative, only individuals have the right and ability to select certain direction. self-leadership emerged at this background, and more and more widely used and discussed by practitioners and theorists.This paper firstly get a literature review on self-leadership and innovative behavior theories, based on this we drive a mechanism model of the relations between self leadership and innovative behavior, and then through employee interviews to carried out sample measurement research. In our empirical research we analysis the impact of gender, age, occupation and other differences on employee innovative behaviors, we alse use correlation analysis and regression analysis to test and verify the relation between self-leadership and innovative behavior, and finally get conclusions as:(1) self leadership of innovative behavior of employees have a significant positive predictor, and the main function of this prediction comes from visualizing successful performance, self goal setting, self-reward, task and relation-oriented nature of compensation and emotion regulation dimension.(2) self-leadership has significant positive effect on self-efficacy, and the role of this projection mainly from three dimensions of visualizing successful performance, self reward and task and relation-oriented nature of compensation.(3) self-efficacy has significant positive effect on employee innovative behavior.(4) In the predict of self-leadership to employee innovation behavior,self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role.(5) innovative behaviors are significant different from different age, gender, age, and education.Finally, This paper get a discussion of these results, and analyze the causes of these phenomena and give appropriate management recommendations.
