A Preliminary Study On The Reforming Of The Development Strategy Of Local State-owned Enterprises Under The Innovation Economy

By referencing the practice and experience of SIP Bio & Nano Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as"Bio-Nanotech Company"), this thesis introduced the theory of corporate strategic management, made a comprehensive analysis of various commercial patterns, and finally put forward the positioning and development strategies of the Bio-Nanotech Company and also a forward-thinking towards the future development of Bio-Nanotech Company. The purpose of this thesis is to provide recommendation and guidance for the development of Bio-Nanotech Company. It consists of seven parts. Part I (Introduction Part): clarification of the background and purpose, to introduce the outline and the innovation points. Part II: Introduction of the present domestic and international studies on business development strategy and theory application. Part III: analysis of the nature, function and positioning of the local state-owned enterprises in the regional development. Part IV: research on the challenges and opportunities the innovation economy has brought to the local state-owned enterprises. Part V: overview of the development of Bio-Nanotech Company, the issues and deficiency in the reforming process. Part VI: key points of the thesis. Based on the present development of the domestic and international bio-nanotech industry, it analyzed the market environment and development vision of Bio-Nanotech Company from the perspective of innovation economy, and provided the recommendation and suggestions to the development of the Company. Part VII: Summary of the key points and fields to be further studied in the future.
