Research On The Employment Of College Graduates Impacting On The Economic Growth In China

Since reform and opening-up policy, economy continuance rapid growth, as the largest developing and population country, we are in the use of the most abundant labor resources, meantime, we are one of the country which face the maximum pressure for employment. The problem of difficult employment for college graduates is increasingly apparent since year 2003 when the first time college enrollment expansion graduate, now the difficult has been highly concerned as a hot issue by the whole society, as college graduates are the most important part of youth reserve personnel for our country. Difficult issue of employment for university graduates in the study, from the promotion of social and economic stability of China's rapid growth, the height of building a harmonious society proposed countermeasures, is of great practical significance and value.In this paper, Basing on the basic theory of modern economics, using various analysis methods, comparing the relations for the growth of economic and employment, and the impact for college graduates owing to economic development. This paper describes the relationship between economic growth and employment growth in the basic theory; went on to China's economic growth and employment and society as a whole analysis of the status of employment of university graduates; then use the 1988 -2007 years, China's economic growth and social employment data, research of economic growth the impact on employment, combined with the employment of university graduates to 2001-2007 data, research of economic growth on the employment impact of university graduates; And finally arrived at the relevant basic conclusions, combined with structural reform of China's economic development and the status quo to promote the employment of university graduates countermeasures and suggestions.Investigate the impact on our economic growth for college graduates in employment, the main conclusions are as follows: Economic growth will lead to positive employment growth for college graduates; college enrollment should be properly controlled to prevent excessive growth of college students to raise the employment rates.Main innovation points of this article: (1)Select economy growth and social holistic employers and college graduates as investigatory objects,systematically and perfectly investigate the influence to college graduates due to economic growth,extend the economic growth impact on employment in research field.
