The Research On The Integration Of Internal Resources In The Process Of The Scale Expansion Of Tsingtao

Since 1996, with an average comprehensive rising rate of 70%, merger and acquisition(M&A) is playing an increasingly more important role in china. And this will keep going on with china taking part in the WTO and the appearance of the trend of the overboard combination in these years.From the successful integration case of Tsingtao's scale expansion, we can see that, the enterprise's expansion (M&A) is only a trade of ownership completed in law, a form adjusting in capital and a reorganization of enterprises, it does not mean the whole success, but the beginning of a series of tough work. A true successful company should convert continually and elevate the core competence by the internal sources' integration, the integration in the later stage is very important to reduce the operating cost and increase the profit.Based on the theories of integration after M&A and the core capability, we can find that the activity of integration after M&A based on the core capability is the key for receiving, reinforcing and elevating the company's core capability. Then considering the strategy of the core capability's priority, we discuss the strategy to integrate the four crucial systems-human resources, enterprise's culture, structure and brand, and associating with the case of the integration of internal resources in the process of the scale expansion of Tsingtao, we have positive research on the integration of Tsingtao's human resources, enterprise's culture, structure and brand.The integration after M&A strategy that based on the core capability we build in this paper and the positive research on the integration of internal resources which based on the core capability in the process of the scale expansion of Tsingtao can supply reference for Chinese enterprises'integration after M&A.
