The Research On Green Transport Of Changzhutan Urban Agglomeration

Since 2008, Consumption of private cars, on the whole,has accessed to the rapid growth period in city groups of changsha,zhuzhou and Xiangtan.Automotive consumption has entered the common family.The number of motor vehicle in use increasing rapidly will lead directly to the traffic demand and the urban agglomeration of synchronous growth of vehicle emissions.aggravate road traffic, resources and environment, social environment and the pressure of traffic management in urban agglomeration to the worse. Traffic problems in urban clusters have become more complex. In the "two types" of social construction and development of "low-carbon economy" situation,transportation construction both meeting moderately the increasing traffic demand and not bringing about a further destruction of environmental resources,has become puzzles needing crack. In transportation development in megalopolis area ,which is also one of challenges in present"two type"of social construction of Changzhutan urban agglomeration.In this paper,I intent to explore this issue in depth.In recent years, Changzhutan urban agglomeration efforts to constantly increase the communication construction, transport infrastructure already have been significantly improved. However, transport in the urban agglomeration still shows many problems due to various reasons, such as inter-city traffic being not smooth, urban traffic congestion and vehicle emission pollution in central city is serious and so on. These problems are basic problems in construction, if not resolved properly ,it will directly impede the "two-type" community development process.Deeply analyzing the present the traffic problems existing in Changzhutan urban agglomeration, reading a lot of literature on green transportation, to my point of view,to build Changzhutan urban agglomeration green transportation ,first, the whole community should take action to improve it, priority set to maintain awareness of urban green traffic idea, formation inherent awareness of road safety and support strongly traffic policies and regulations,onsciously safeguard the urban agglomeration of green transportation system construction.Secondly,to build green transportation in city group,administrati- on not only ough to plan for roads, formulate relevant policies and regulations, but also strengthen traffic management, establish scientific and reasonable road traffic management solutions, use modern management tools to improve traffic enforcement, and establish a strong protective barrier for the City Group Green Transportation. At the same time, it need to build a set of clear objectives and practical evaluation index system of green transportation, ensure a proper direction toward our green transportation construction for the city group , and avoid detours.Traffic problems is a very complex issue, complex problems need complex manner. Green transportation construction in Changzhutan urban agglomeration needs multi-sectoral support and cooperation, more insightful people involved in deep thinking. Only in this way,"two types"of social construction in Changzhutan urban agglomeration can be carried out more smoothly.
