The Research On Enterprise's Core Competence Based On Supply Chain Knowledge Sharing

In knowledge society, to cultivate and enhance the core competence of corporation can not be separated from knowledge accumulation, innovation and application. Supply chain as an important source to acquire external knowledge of corporation can coordinate and integrate the knowledge of different business in supply chain, make member companies learn and master the advanced knowledge outside the firm easily, thereby improve the organization's knowledge level and then enhance its core competence.This paper makes a further discussion on the influence of knowledge sharing on core competence of corporation. Starting from the basic theory of supply chain knowledge sharing and core competence, analysis of the relationship between knowledge and core competence, on the basis of this analysis, discusses the promotion of supply chain knowledge sharing to core competence of corporation; A model to enhance the core competence of enterprises based on knowledge sharing is constructed, and discussed the key steps to enhance core competence of corporation through supply chain knowledge sharing in detail: build a knowledge sharing platform across supply chain, discovery enterprises'knowledge requirement based on supply chain knowledge sharing, knowledge integration and knowledge innovation of enterprise based on supply chain knowledge sharing , applied the innovative knowledge to each department to achieve the purpose of enhancing core competence; Designed the evaluation index system of core competence based on supply chain knowledge sharing, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the Delphi method respectively evaluate the effect of supply chain knowledge sharing to improve core competence and negative impact of supply chain knowledge sharing cost to core competence.
