With the development of market-oriented economy, urbanization has created a great requirements for real estate industries. Since the Reforming and Opening in China, the Real Estate Industry has played an important role in Chinese modern economic system.The marketing agency in Real Estate has greatly grown and developed as well. Price changes, and the modes of marketing agency appear diversified features. The Beijing Park Project appeared as a typical case under the severe competitions in Real Estate businesses and the booming of the marketing agencies mode.Through literature review and comparative study, a combination of different theoretical perspectives of economics, management and law has been studies and developed in researching the key conceptual elements in marketing agency, on which the question of designing a marketing agency system of Beijing Park has been applied. The main contents include:First, identified the key conceptual elements of marketing agents and studied the current status of "Beijing Park" project, including inside & out side environment analysis and marketing agencies analysis.Second, basing on current status analysis and SWOT methods, designed the marketing agent system for Beijing Park project.Third, illustrated the implementation of the marketing agency in the Beijing Park project.By selecting Beijing Park and designing its marketing agent system, the key elements in the marketing agencies have been concluded; which provided a theoretical guide in the study of marketing agencies. Meanwhile, it helped the developer to mine the features of the project, to increase sales volumes and to improve sales and marketing experiences.
