The Research On Transferance Of Endowment Insurance Relation Between Different Groups

Accompanying with the socialist market economy having been improved steply and rural reform having been gradually boosted, the movement of population caused by employment has getting more and more frequent. Nowadays, the labor market has been basically established in China, which can meet the demands of labour force's frequently flowing and the rational configuration of labor. But the problem is that the insured employees'endowment insurance relation couldn't be transferred in line with their jobs transferlation. In a certain extent, this problem hampered the rational flow of labor. The transferring difficulty of insured employees' endowment insurance relation not only can damage the lawful rights and interests of eveyr insured employee, also will hinder the sustainable development of the endowment insurance business.During the research process, the paper firstly established the research perspective, that is to say that the paper's starting point is the transferring.problem of endowment insurance relation between different groups. Then, through the refernce to existing relevant literature material on endowment insurance at home and abroad, lay down some theoretical points which based for the follow-up research conclusion and suggestion. Subsequently, analyzed the current situation of the transferance of endowment insurance relation between different groups, which consists of the introduction and overview of China's endowment insurance pattern, the the difficult in transferring endowment insurance relation between different groups, and the adverse impact in all directions and the reson for that problem. It was found that the root cause of the transferring difficulty of endowment insurance relation between different groups is the low level of unified accumulation in our country after deep analysis. And in the short-term, it is impossible to realize the national endowment insurance as a whole nationwidely. Taking our country's actual situation into consideration, the paper proposed some suggestions to solve the problem, which including the general idea and relevant measures.
