With the further opening China's financial sector, the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce market competition. Business competition is ultimately achieved through the talent competitions. As a joint-stock commercial bank in the fierce market competition to achieve an invincible position, we must deepen the management system and construct the performance evaluation system. Scientific and effective performance evaluation system can quickly implement assessment policies, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, reflect the experience of state enterprises, and optimize the allocation of resources to enable enterprises to gain a lasting competitive edge.Firstly, we summarize the status of construction and developments of the domestic banking system, based on analysis point the limitations of the existing performance evaluation system status of Minsheng Bank, and conclude that it is urgent to build a new uniform performance evaluation system. Then we analyze the principles and methods of building the uniform performance evaluation system of Minsheng Bank and determine the requirement of it according to critical success factors method, which grasp the whole architecture and goal of the uniform performance system. Then we mainly discuss the scheme of the uniform performance evaluation system; describe the system architecture and the content of the main modules. Final we study the implementation of the uniform performance evaluation system, describe the strategy, key steps, methods, specific processes and staff training issues.The research and practice indicate that the contradiction between unity and feature in the cross-boundary performance evaluation system can be effectively solved by the methods of platform plus secondary development model.
