The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, and the proportion of knowledge industry in industrial structure grows day after day. Intellectual employees have become the core human capital of enterprises. When a Intellectual employee inter the enterprise, the enterprise will sign formal and written economic contract with intellectual employee, but deep inside the intellectual employee of enterprises there is also a psychological expectation, this is the psychological contract, At the same time, business employees have an expectation to reach a standard, both the responsibility and obligation of mutual restraint. Relative to economic contract, although the psychological contract for the employees and organizations present in the inner depth, the performance is not outstanding, but it is important for the behavior of employees, and psychological contract is one of the important research field topics in the field of human resource management and organizational behavior. So it is meaningful to study how to promote intellectual employees'satisfaction in terms of psychological contract.This paper wills research the motivation problem of intellectual employees at the point of psychological contract. This research, on the base of commenting relevant concepts, theories and current situation at homeand abroad of psychological contract, we selected intellectual employeess as the research object and built the motivation model. Then, we revised the questionnaires which were established by other scholar, investigated intellectual employeess and ananlyzed by analyzing software. The results indicate that it is more appropriate to describe the psychological contract with three-dimension model. According to mathematical statistics analysis, we find that the fulfillment or violation of psychological contract for the intellectual employees have remarkable correlation with the employee's job satisfaction and turnover intention on the basis of standardization study. Then we go on to specify the concrete relationship between variables according to regression analysis. We construct a motivation model of psychological contract for intellectual employees on the basis of integration of the demonstration.Finally, on the basis of the result and the model, we present some specific measures which can be used as references by managers to know about the psychological movements of employee, encourage them effectively, and improve the operation and management of the enterprises. So that employees and enterprise clearly aware of their responsibilities and obligations to each other's expectations and as much as possible to reduce the lower satisfaction. For enterprises to fully understand the mentality of employees, motivate employees effectively, improve business management provides a reference and reference.
