The thesis embarks from the actual situation of MCheng Auto Sale CO,LTD, to analyze methods of small scale car dealers' development in undeveloped areas.I hope it can bring some help to other auto dealers.The thesis divides inio five parts.The first part is the introduction,which show background and significance of the topic selected. Private passenger vehicles are used by more and more people as not only the tool instead of walking but also the manifestation of social position.The stduy of marketing strategy to MCheng Auto Sale CO,LTD is helpful for my job and it is also the summary of my MBA.In the second part there is a review about mar keting classical theory and common forms of auto sale configuration's organization,in which one proxy and 4S have become to be the mainstream. When to the third part,it is about the development of MCheng Auto Sale CO,LTD,based on its original auto maintenance service,while the auto saling is becoming mature.The surport to auto sale profession form government brings benefit to both dealers and consumers. Through the analysis,we can see MCheng Auto Sale CO,LTD is searching new development opportunity while trying her best to solve problems.After discussion of internal and external environment analysis,it shows the market localization of MCheng Auto Sale CO,LTD.In the fourth part,we discussion about 4P,relationship marketing,key aspects and so on. Some study on safeguard mechanism is in the fifth part at last.
