The Research On The Interaction Mechanism Of MNCs-owned R & D Institution And Regional Innovation System

Nowadays, economic regionalization and globalization coexist. Regional economic development is major issues of common concern in the world, and regional innovation is not only the source of sustainable development for regional economy, but also is the key of region access to international competitive advantage, so the research on the regional innovation system has become a research hotspot. Meanwhile, as the important carrier of contact between globalization and regionalization, R&D globalization of multinational corporations has been growing, and overseas R&D institutions established in the region of the host country will affect deeply the regional innovation system. However, looking at home and abroad, few scholars take the host country into analysis framework, still less the research from a microscopic perspective. So exploring the interaction mechanism of multinational R&D institutions and regional innovation system for improving research in this area is greatly necessary.The paper tries to use the combination method of theoretical research and case analysis and also the method of dynamic analysis to study. Based on the relevant literature of multinational R&D institutions and regional innovation system, firstly this paper clarifies the interactive basis from new features of development, objective and elements of interaction between the multinational R&D institutions and regional innovation system, and then gives a detailed research on the formation mechanism, action mechanism, and dynamical mechanism and evolution mechanisms of interaction. The paper analyzes the formation mechanism from interaction motivation and the presence of interaction; analyses the action mechanism in detail, and further explores the effects of interaction generated; from internal and external factors of power to analyze how to play a role in deepening the interaction; on this basis, the paper take the evolution of regional level into account combined with the function evolution of multinational R&D institutions, and uses method of dynamic analysis to the evolution mechanism of interaction with some innovation. Finally, the paper discusses the interaction mechanisms of multinational R&D institutions and regional innovation system of Beijing in China deeply through case research combing with theoretical parts.
