| In recent years, Chinese transnational enterprises have a rapid development and play an important role increasingly on the world economy stage, but they also need to deal with various unexpected cries at the same time. As the complexity of the business environment and the particularity of human resource management, human resource crisis has become one of the most important cries which trouble transnational enterprises. Therefore, analyzing the meaning and causes of Chinese transnational enterprises, identifying the human resource crisis effectively and carrying out an early warning on it, all of those show an important realistic significance for Chinese transnational enterprises to improve their human resource management, strength their crisis management and achieve their international business objectives successfully.Firstly, the meaning, manifestations, causes and development processes of the human resource crisis in Chinese transnational enterprises are analyzed. Based on these analyses, the early-warning indicators system of human resource crisis is designed from three aspects including environmental, enterprise and personal factors. Some specific and quantifiable indicators from above three aspects are selected to carry out the early-warning works, and the weight of these indicators is determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then, the extension early-warning model of human resource crisis of Chinese transnational enterprises is built, and it contains two parts including forecasting sub-model and evaluation sub-model. Finally, an empirical analysis of a large Chinese transnational enterprise is conducted with the extension early-warning model. According to the results of empirical analysis, some proposals are put forward to deal with the problems of human resource crisis for Chinese transnational enterprises. |
