The National Ecological Security Assessment Research

After the human culture produces, mankind has been the transformation of the whole world, thousands of years of history of human development is a continuous transformation of the human history of the world. After entering the modern era of civil society, human accelerated the transformation of the whole world in order to constantly improve the local living environment, while the Earth's environment as a whole has continued the trend of deteriorating, resulting in a shortage of resources, energy emergency, issues such as environmental disasters pile up and to the end, the living environment of mankind at stake.The national ecological security, maintenance and development of a responsible person of any state or government have to face an important issue, it is about national survival. For all people, as a responsible government, China is faced with ecological security is a major strategic issue. Especially in the 17 major party report clearly put forward the construction of ecological civilization, this is my party's responsibility to future generations and the world a solemn commitment. Therefore, the combination of China's actual conditions and establishing a special national conditions in China, with Chinese characteristics, ecological security research system, from both theory and practice reveals a profound ecological security will have a great need.First of all, this study of ecological safety at home and abroad and current status of the development process were analyzed. Secondly, Mr. Wu Kelie proposed indicators of the ecological security is provided by coupling the module module and the region of thought, the light of China's Sustainable Development Strategy Report, various combinations of ecological security evaluation index system of reality technology to adapt to circumstances and the status of ecological security evaluation index system, and China in 1998 -2007 years, the total national ecological security index is calculated, the calculation results show that the national and regional ecological security of the overall average in the past decade has been low for the national and regional ecological security situation were anxious.
