ABSTRACT:Non-profit organizations which are positive in the maintenance of a harmonious world and the assistance to the poor, have played an important role in human society long time before. However,in China, nowadays it is the first step of the long march to make public welfare become a kind of business which is highly organized and persistent. Modern public welfare is organizational career which requires professional management and skills. But our non-profit organization lack most is the standard operation. Standardized operation includes scientific and rational management, rigorous and coordinate organizational structure, besides that, positive and effective staff management.This article will analyze the confusion and problems of China's non-profit organizations facing with, especially from the perspective of employees' performance appraisal. Construct a new, more reasonable and effective non-profit organization employees' performance appraisal system with the combination of the performance management theory and practice, fully preliminary interviews and research and representative examples of non-profit organization Foundation for FP. Determine the principles of performance appraisal, performance evaluation index system, the content and process performance evaluation and application performance results. After making evaluation of new appraisal system, we are looking forward to promote useful and reasonable part of which, to bring valuable comments and suggestions the development of the China's non-profit organization employees' performance appraisal system.
