The Quality Research Of Northeast Urbanization Of China

Since the 1990s, China's urbanization stepped up, the city is a growing number, the urban population proportion rapidly increased. However, in recent years, the northeast area have developed relatively slow and is below the level of national.Northeast China urban development is not balanced and relatively low quality.After 1949, urbanization of the northeast area roughly experienced four stages of development.Namely, the 1949-1957 beginning stage,1957-1978 tortuous development stage,1979-2000 the rapid development stage and 2001 steady slow development stage so far. Judging from its development in northeast China, the founding of the proportion of total population of the urban population than the national average high 13.6 percentage points; In 1978-2008, northeast China town by population proportion 36.19% rise to 57.31%, improve 21 percent, however, the national urban population proportion by 17.92% 46.59% is up to, improve 29 percent. This shows that although the northeast area population urbanization rate is still in the high level in the country, but its growth rate below the national average.Use of social statistical software for 2008 SPSS14.0, northeast 25 studies 35 cities factor analysis results show that our quality level classification of urbanization in northeast area 35 cities for excellent quality of urbanization development in the city is shenyang and dalian; Good quality of urbanization development have nine cities, the province of liaoning,jilin and heilongjiang proportion is 56 percent,22 percent and 22 percent respectively; Urbanization development level of medium city quality have six cities, liaoning, heilongjiang of proportion of 83 percent,17 percent respectively; Urbanization development level of general city quality nine, liaoning, jilin, heilongjiang of proportion of 23 percent,44 percent,33 percent respectively; Urbanization development level of poor city has 9, jilin, heilongjiang of proportion of 33 percent and 67 percent respectively; Visible, the quality of the urbanization level of liaoning province, significantly higher than the other two of the quality of jilin province urbanization level in heilongjiang, and swathes of poor quality in heilongjiang province urbanization level distribution should cause the attention of people. From that, the provincial between the development level of urbanization has great quality gap.From male factor comprehensive evaluation score perspective, shenyang, dalian respectively the comprehensive evaluation score 1 and 2; Harbin, changchun and synthetical score respectively in anshan in ranked 3,4 and 5, Harbin and changchun synthetical score points with shenyang differs 0.79 and 0.85 respectively; Jinzhou, jilin and composite scores for daqing city ranked sixth respectively,7 and 8, anshan, daqing for resource-based cities; Qitaihe, yichun, heihe, shuangyashan and hegang comprehensive score evaluation top last five, scored more than negative 0.4.Visibly, in the northeast region's quality difference between cities urbanization. High-ranking more for the resource-based cities, the resource-based cities of resource exhaustion, pollution problems will be the future of urbanization development in northeast China is one of the important problems needed to solve.The score from each factor, pecking order in the infrastructure construction and population quality factor, Harbin, shenyang and changchun have higher score, this and they capital city status are inseparable; In the economic strength and social development factor, dalian, shenyang and has obvious advantages in daqing, and dalian and shenyang, daqing significant gap; In population employment and quality of life, SuiHua, chaoyang and dandong is located in the top three; In the environment construction factor, top, daqing ranking merchant second.In view of the above northeast China urbanization quality characteristics and existing problems, this paper argues that, to improve the quality of northeast China urbanization, need from the following aspects:one is to use the revitalization of northeast old industrial base in northeast China, improve the opportunity urbanization quality; 2 it is actively promoting new industrialization, accelerate the overall urban industrial structure adjustment; Three is the northeast old industrial base by full use of the opportunity, the center city advantages; Four is to perfect the northeast China infrastructure construction, promote the urban capacity; Five is to accelerate the environmental management, promote the sustainable development of the city; Six is to strengthen urban and rural areas, promote the integration of urban and rural areas.
