Under The Background Of New Rural Construction Of Rural Highway Strategy Research

Rural road, one of the most important transportation infrastructures, plays a vital role in the national economic development. It can be regarded as an important component of the road network in China. With the rapid economic growth, nowadays in China, the industry is nurturing the agriculture while cities are providing support to rural areas. Especially with the development of rural economy, there is no doubt that building roads in rural areas promotes rural development and social economic development in the nation as a whole. However, due to the lack of funding and incomplete system of construction and maintenance, the pace of the development of rural roads is very slow and further becomes one of the barriers to rural development. Therefore, it is vital to study the development model of rural roads and explore possible strategies in order to promote sustainable rural development.Under new social and economic conditions, it will be a long-term task to build rural roads with a more comprehensive and sustainable plan in order to promote rural development, bridge the gap between urban and rural areas, and promote national development as a whole.The study analyzes current researches on rural roads at home and abroad, examines the impact of rural construction on rural roads in the context of new rural construction. The study suggests that building rural roads go hand in hand with rural dominant industries, rural environment protection, ecological landscape and rural disaster prevention in order to realize the transition from roadside economy to road area economy, promote the multi-functional and efficient development rural roads and further solve"San Nong"problems.
