The future clothing market will be the hyper market of experiential scenario. New projects and design methods can be produced by the change of market form, promotion of brand effects, diversity of consumer's demands, variety of product packaging, strengthening of ecological consciousness and so on.The designers of packaging for clothing in modern time should not only know the development trend of clothing market but also learn and know much of society, corporation, product, consumer, merchandise structure and so on. Meanwhile, they should identify accurate design of product packaging for clothing, so that new design thoughts can be appeared.This dissertation studies design of packaging for clothing, takes the all-round development of people, society, economy, and nature as guidelines. The paper also shows the basic design principle and detailed concrete of packaging for clothing based on packaging design features. Firstly, the basic features of packaging design for clothing are discussed on the macroscopic aspect.
